All prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekels (NIS), unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed and approved.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of payment issues, incorrect customer details, stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.

SHAFÁ currently ships within Israel only. Shipping times, delivery costs, and related conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Returns page.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SHAFÁ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

✦ Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liner attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or returned without hygiene protection cannot be accepted, unless the item is defective.
