SHAFÁ currently ships within Israel only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Standard shipping is 35 NIS. Free shipping on orders over 299.90 NIS.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, courier delays, or factors outside our control. Tracking details will be sent when available.

Self-pickup from Rehovot may be available by prior coordination only.

✦ Returns

Return or exchange requests may be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner fully intact.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without hygiene protection cannot be accepted — unless the item is defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to availability.
